Terms & Conditions

(for Membership Renewal)

1. Membership is open only to applicants aged 12 years and above and is valid for a 12-month period from date of renewal.

2. To enjoy discounts and accumulate points, JP Pepperdine card must be presented at time of purchase. Redemption of reward points is available only at JP Pepperdine Group of Restaurants.

3. Discount is applicable on food & beverage only and not applicable on eves of/and on public holidays, festive and special occasions. However, bonus reward points based on 50% of amount spent will be awarded during these periods.

4. Reward points will expire at the end of a 12-month period from date of renewal.

5. Purchase of gift vouchers are not entitled to discounts or accumulation of reward points.

6. JP Pepperdine Card is not a credit card and, is valid for use in Singapore and Malaysia outlets. However, accumulation of reward points is only applicable in Singapore.

7. Update personal details via fax, email or online @ www.jppepperdine.com

8. Membership Renewal fee is subjected to prevailing government taxes.

9. An administrative charge of $10 is payable for the replacement of any membership card in the event of lost or theft. Loss or damaged of JP Pepperdine Card must be reported to any JP Pepperdine Group of Restaurants.

10. All records kept by JP Pepperdine shall be conclusive. We reserve the right to terminate the scheme, vary, add to, formulate such terms & conditions including those relating to withdrawal/addition of benefits or privileges as it deems necessary from time to time and may do so without prior notice to registered members.
