Thanks for the wonderful spread catered by Eatzi for my house warming, the food is delicious and my guests gave good reviews on them especially the steak.
I would also like to specially comment the effort by Mr. Suran on the set up, being a one-man-operation, it was a challenge for him to get everything in place in double quick time despite my request for the arrival by 730pm.
He took the initiative to call and request to have the set-up in the afternoon and deliver the food in the evening to meet the timing. A very dedicated worker indeed.
In a challenging economic time like this, where manpower is lean and service standards still have to be maintained, staff resources and talents have to be paramount. Mr. Suran has shown a great deal of passion and dedication in the work he does which is a rare asset to your esteemed company.

Firstly, I would like to congratulate your company for having an excellent team of service staff at your Safra Jurong Club outlet led by Mr Krishna.
I would like to share with you my dining experience at Jacksplace Safra Jurong Club yesterday. We went there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. It was our second visit to this outlet. On both occasions we were served and attended by Krishna and his team members.
We had a wonderful time at your outlet and the service was excellent. The staff members were well groomed, friendly and attentive. All our needs were well taken care of and Krishna recommended some excellent choices of food for my family. My kids had a great time interacting with your staff members.
I use to patronage your other outlets especially at West Coast Recreation Centre and I noticed the standard of service at Safra Jurong Club is one notch higher as compared to the other outlets.
My compliments to Krishna and his team for giving us a wonderful experience dining at your restaurant. Keep up the good service. I will definitely come back to dine at your outlet at Safra Jurong Club for the excellent service and good food.
