I would like to comment on the overall good service and delicious food at your Century Square Branch.
I am a regular customer at the Branch.
The service crews are attentive and helpful.
The leadership at the branch is excellent too.
Madam Alice Goh is a good manager.
The food is well prepared and presented.

Subject: Birthday celebratiion at Jack's Place West Coast Recreation Centrre
My family celebrated my mother's 84th birthday at Jack's Place West Coast Recreation Centre on 10th August 2009. I would like to thank the chefs and service staffs for the delicious food and services catered to 80 members of my family. I would like to take this opportunity to especially thank Mr. Mohan Das for making my family choose Jack's Place for the occasion. As my mum could only take mostly pureed food, I was unable to decide where to celebrate her birthday as most Chinese restaurants' food buffet food are not suitable for her.
A week before the occasion, we were at Jack's Place for lunch and Mr. Mohan was very accommodating as to provide my mum with only clear minestrone soup with no veg in it and change the fried fish to grilled fish.
He also changed the French fries to mashed potatoes. We were very happy that at least there is food for my mum to eat for her birthday.
The celebration was very memorable. I would like to suggest that Jack's Place look into this area as to have more variety of food for the seniors to enjoy.

Subject: TEACHERS' DAY LUNCH AT UNITED SQ
We would like to thank the team at United Sq for their efficient service at our recent Teachers' Day Celebration lunch. The food was palatable and served in good time. Compliments to the chef and the team.
Our special mention and thanks must be made to Mr. Kenny Lim for his impeccable and personable service throughout the lunch. His quick thinking and innovative ways in providing us a makeshift rostrum enabled us to carry out our activity effectively. Mr. Kenny Lim and the team at United Sq had indeed made the afternoon very enjoyable.
We look forward to hosting future events at Jack's Place. Cheers!

Good morning Sir/Madam
My family and I dined at Jurong SAFRA outlet last night for the first time. We live in Woodlands and usually patronize the Causeway Point outlet but decided to dine at the “new” JP instead.
The restaurant was busy when we arrived at about 8.30pm but we were warmly greeted upon arrival by Krishna (Assistant Manager?) and shown to our table immediately.
Menus were presented and when we were ready to order, we were attended to by the most pleasant Vicky with her big smile and bubbly personality. She saw to our orders promptly and when I enquired if they had a wine list, she brought the wine list and even recommended the Penfolds Thomas Hyland Shiraz.
The dinner was good as usual and the service outstanding despite the restaurant being “packed to the rafters”.
When we had finished our meal, we requested to have our desserts and coffee at the terrace. This was acceded to quickly and our dessert and coffee were served promptly. We enjoyed the ambience so much that we decided to have a second bottle of the same wine. All this while, Krishna and Vicky made constant checks to ensure that we were alright and if we needed anything. Polite conversation between them and my family ensued throughout the evening.
On behalf of my family, I write to commend Krishna and Vicky for their outstanding service and great people skills and also the rest of the staff for making us feel “so as home”. If anything I must apologize for leaving late (10.30pm) – I think we were the last diners to leave. I attach a copy of my dinner bill
