Hi,
I used to bring my friends and family members to dine at Jack’s place mostly at JP Marine parade and Bukit Panjang Plaza. I must say Bukit Panjang Place has indeed drawn me back more often. The food has indeed improved alot, not to mention the pie....yummy good. The price is reasonable!
Your staff, Ms Doris Wong has shown excellence services and always ready to recommend new stuff....well done! Appreciate your hard work and effort, Ms Wong!

Subject: Appreciation - Francis from ParkWay Parade
I would like to commend on your staff Francis from Parkway Parade Branch for his great services that made our dinner there such an enjoyable one.
He made us felt that we were dinning in a 5 star hotel with his service far beyond what was expected of him.
Francis knows his work well to answer on my queries, have the initiatives and observance enough to know that my husband and I are sharing the food that he will place the food we ordered in the centre and gave us each a side plate as well.
He will constantly observe his customer to replenish sauces or water when we run out of, without us having to request for them.
Congratulations to Jack’s Place for having such an outstanding service staff at the front line, especially so when we are promoting greatly on Customer Service.
Francis, well done! And keep up the good work; I am sure you will move to greater heights in your career.

Subject: Unexpected service at Safra Jurong JP
To the management.
I have just finished my lunch with my wife at JP at Jurong Safra. We are very impressed with the team and their quality of service. We can see the attention they have put into every single client... I am a frequent diner at Lawry’s, I would give them a 7.5/10 and this outlet 8-9/10 for service. As for the quality of food, there's definitely room for improvement.
I would also like to commend one of your staff, Krishnan (outlet manager). He is fantastic! Someone I would employ to manage my restaurant if I ever open one.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had dinner with my two friends at Seafood Harvest, Bugis outlet on 26th September 2009 at around 2000 hours and were seated at the entrance of the balcony area. We were being served by your staff, Mr. Laurenz (The Filipino Gentleman) and we would like to compliment him for his assistance and service given to us.
We felt very hospitable by his attentiveness to us throughout the meal. He guided us to our selection of the menu. Even though we were a little demanding, he willingly abide to our requests with a smile always.
Mr. Laurenz also did encourage us to apply for the JP Pepperdine Member Card to receive more benefits when dining at Seafood Harvest. With his advice and encouragement, one of my friends will be applying for the card on her next visit.
We would definitely visit Seafood Harvest outlet more often and we look forward to be served by him again. We would definitely recommend our friends to patronize your outlet in the future.
