Service is excellent & staffs are friendly. Manager Vicki is patience when taking my order although we take a long time asking lots of question. Waiter Daniel never fail to entertain us whenever we are there, great service provider! The rest of the staffs which I don't know the name, were always on their smiling face, especially the cashier. Foods is nice always especially the steak (I always get the doneness I wanted, unless other brand restaurant which I was often disappointed by getting well done always.)
I'll definitely make jacks place as my 1st choice for steak in the future. Keep up the good food & great service!

Subject: Compliments for the service team
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to extend my thanks to the waiters at the Seafood Harvest (Bugis) for such a pleasant evening.
The kind gentleman in charge of our table was very attentive and a joy to talk to.
He provided us with excellent service which I found personally to be value added and very enjoyable.
Unfortunately I was unable to catch his name and his other colleague. The gentleman was a Chinese who seem to be senior to the other waiters. Rest of the waiters are fairly young. Another waiter (he was recently transferred from jack's place? an Indian chap with a few pins on his tie) was concerned for my friend as he ate the lobster. Hence this gentleman was standing near our table making sure everything was Okayed. Both gentlemen were friendly and attentive. My friends and I had a wonderful chat with them and it made our evening filled with laughter. I was unable to grab their names as one was busy and the other had left for the evening.
I am very impressed by the service that was given to us and would like to further extend my compliments to the waiters and the restaurant. Do help me thank them once again for a pleasant evening today. And hope that the service team would learn more from them and maintain the positive attitude that they have displayed.

Subject: Online Feedback Form
I've been a regular patron to your outlet at causeway point as i always had my lunch there with my colleages. Recently i found out that there's a new jack place at jurong safra club nearby my house, so i bought my family for dinner last weekend. I was glad to be served by familiar faces i saw at woodlands outlet, vicky and ms tan. Waitress there was attentive enough to provide children bowl for my kids. I would like to thank them for making a great dining experience for me and my family.
