To the management of Jack's place,
Me and my girlfriend went to jacks place at century square on the
28th of December 2009 around 7:30 or 8pm, to have a dinner as me and my girlfriend celebrates my post birthday and Christmas as well, one of your staff
named Franklyn (is he Malay?) took our order black pepper steak and jacks special steak, then after a few minutes they served our main course. after they served our main course my girlfriend accidentally touch the hot plate and her thumb was hurt, nobody saw that incident until Franklyn came to served us the potato dressing, I think he notice that my girlfriend keep on holding on the cold glass of water, then he asked us "have you burn your hand ma'am?" are you ok? Then he quickly put down whatever he's handling that time to take the ointment and gave to us, I was so impressed of him to be smart like that. We had a great dinner that night because of your nice steaks and friendly staffs. I’m not that so regular of jacks place but I really love your steaks and that night I went to jacks place in century square was worth it because of your friendly staffs, you can expect me now to come more often at jacks place. Thank you and happy New Year to all jacks place staffs.

Hi,
my family of 3 never fail to drop by your marina square outlet almost weekly for lunch.
Why do we do so and why marina square?
Well, chiefly because of 2 persons, ms gypsy and mr. Colin pang.
More often than not, one of our servers will be ms gypsy. To us, she is truly an amazing employee of your esteemed establishment. Not only will she make us feel like VIPs (very important persons) through her charming demeanour and service but she has the uncanny knack of remembering us and our dining requirements, like when to serve my coffee, or more satay sauce for my wife or how we like our steak cooked, rare for my son and well done for me.
and the manager of the outlet, mr. Colin pang is another exemplary example of customer relations, with his very friendly and personal persona.
And we feel strongly to have to put pen to paper to single out ms gypsy and mr Colin pang and bring them to your attention for them to be commended and recognised.
rest assured we will continue to be motivated to patronize your marina square outlet because of 2 persons, ms gypsy and mr Colin pang.
And last but not least, please accept our very best wishes for your continued success.
