Subject: Online feedback forms I hope this email serves you well and good. When I visited Eatzi that evening, I was totally looking forward to dinner. Furthermore, it was also my cousin's birthday. So I thought the first visit together on her birthday could be called double celebration. I had browsed your website prior to the visit to see the available menu and they looked appealing and appetizing to me. In the end I did not only bring my cousin, but my Aunt too with two kids to company us to enjoy the 'good food' I have seen on the web. Upon reaching, your staff, Elya did not greet us with a smile. She was all frowning the whole time we were there. Lucky for us, she was not the one who took our order, else we would have lost all our appetite to eat. Your other staffs took our order and served us well. They were polite. Until, this Elya decided to 'help' clear our dishes. She was doing work unprofessionally. She literally banged the plates and did not take them away smoothly. She wanted to be fast but not agile. The ambience was really nice until she spoiled it. And unfortunately, she was the one who served our desserts. And again this time, she had to bang our plates while serving it to us. It was such a shame, given the fact that Eatzi and it's other branch of restaurants had an established name already. I am sad to say that as excited as I was before I even headed to the mall to have dinner, I left the place in disappointment. I probably had expected too much of an established company and its restaurants, perhaps its staffs too. I hope you can continue to train your staffs and constantly remind them that customer service is number one in any industry. Smile, is the key factor to pleasing your customers. Best Regards, Zara |
