Spicing up your dining experience

Subject: Thank you so much... Jack's Place Causeway Point...

Dear management,

I was with my parents at Causeway Point on 7 May 09 to celebrate Mother's Day. We decided to go to Jack's Place for dinner and were served by Ms Candy. I would like to commend Ms Candy for her warmth and hospitality while we were there. Her sincere attitude and high service standards were amongst the best that I've seen in a long while.

During our time there, we were also served by waiters Mr. Shablisan and Mr. Babu. Both of them were all smiles throughout our dinner and were always checking if we needed anything else. I would also like to add that during this time, the restaurant was packed and the service staffs were all very busy. I could see them rushing into kitchen with empty plates and in a second, they were rushing out with plates filled with customers' orders. Despite this, all 3 service staff had shown what service quality was.

I was not the only one impressed by them, as both my parents were also gushing with good words about the service standards.

I hope that this email will help to remind the management what good service staff you have at Causeway Point Jack's Place and would be able to commend the above mentioned 3 staff for their excellent work attitudes and dedication to service. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously all thanks to them and will definitely be back again soon.
