Dear Manager -In-Charge,

I visited Jack's Place at Bras basah outlet yesterday.

I am very impressed by the services rendered to me. The staffs have a smile on

their face at all time and i can feel that they are really happy to serve the

customer even though the lunch time crowd is so large.

I was asked how i find my steak, my hot water was being topped consistently

giving it no opportuinity to reach less than half a glass, used dishes were

cleared very promptly, and the next course served without me asking for

them. I am very impressed by the attentiveness of the staff.

Thus, i am compelled to write in to applaud Mr Kevin, Sheryl, JJ and Qiu Yan

for their dedication and high standard of professionalism.

They have made my dining experience wonderful and i look forward to the next visit.

I have already recommended Jack's Place to my family and friends who have inturn

recommended to their friends.

And i will continue to recommend Jack's Place to more of my friends !
