Subject: Online feedback forms
My family and I love to dine at Jacks Place.We usually visit this outlet after our church service on Sunday. On our past two visits, we were served by Lorenz. He was friendly and helpful. Btw, his garlic bread was rated the best by my family that we have ever eaten at Jacks.It was done to perfection. We would highly recommend that the other outlets take a leaf from him. On many occasions at other outlets,
the garlic bread that was served was either badly done or was even cold which did not goes well with the soup. The worst garlic bread that I had eaten was served at
your Great World city outlet which my family and I had the misfortune to visit on
5th Sept. Kudos to Lorenz garlic bread !
His patience was also exemplary and good service should be recognized.
The outlet manager, Colins is also very friendly and never fails to visit the
customers' tables to check if the meal is to their satisfaction. Colins always maintains a professional and friendly demeanor which makes diners feel welcome and his patience and mannerisms definitely makes him a cut above other outlets managers which we have come across. Colins and Lorenz are definite assets to your restaurant and will encourage my family to chose to dine at this outlet over others.
Btw, I also wished to highlight the excellent and friendly service of Jimmy .(outlet manager of Heerens )
As my daughter and I had our lunch there on Sept 16, Jimmy visited our table and he even helped to reserve our favorite dessert ( the fruit cocktail ). I had dined at Heerens on many occasions and I had noticed that Jimmy also never fails to check on diners meals. He is always friendly and his polite manner , gentle temperament and professional attitude leaves an excellent impressions on me and all my dining companions.
Please convey my sincere thanks to Colins, Jimmy and Lorenz for jobs well done.
Kudos for their excellent service and going the extra mile which will makes diners like myself enjoy dining at Jacks and chose it as our first choice restaurant.
