Subject: Online feedback forms

Just to feedback that assistant manager Doris Wong has definitely impressed me with her good memory. She makes it an effort to recognise her customers and know their likes and dislikes. I was lunching with my friend and she was able to recognise my friend and was able to easily strike a rapport with her customers.
I am very impressed. As a service provider myself, I am very happy that we do have such good and motivated staff around. we ahve also complained that we cant find a good staff but look what I have found. I Hope she can continue to inspire the rest to continue to deliver good service.

It is definitely heartening to be having a meal and having people to recognise. I felt so personalised :))
