I would like to commend your staff on a job well done!
On the two occasions that my friends and I were at Jack's Place Bras Basah Complex, we were fortunate to have been served by quite a number of your staff and are very impressed by their service. On the first occasion, my friend and I were there at lunch time and there was a scramble for tables. Your staff were patient and polite throughout as they went about looking for tables for us. When we were showed to the far corner of the restaurant, they were apologetic for putting us there, and checked on us to ensure we were fine.
On the second occasion, we found your staff to be very alert. They were quick to clear the plates whenever they noticed that we had finished our food. We also did not have to wait or call for them to serve us our dessert. Similarly, they were quick to fill our glasses with plain water whenever they noticed the glasses were almost empty.
On a separate occasion when I also at Jack's Place in Ang Mo Kio, to my pleasant surprise, I found the service equally good.
Your staff are not only patient and polite, they are also professional in their behaviour towards customers.
They have certainly made our eating experience at Jack's an enjoyable one!
