Dear Sir/Ms
I write to commend on the very good service of the staff at Century Square.
Together with 3 of my friends, we had lunch at Jacks Place, Century Square on Sunday 3 July. We would like to comment on the excellent service of the staff there, particularly, REX, Asst Manager, who went out of his way to make our lunch a very good experience.
As it was a special occasion (youth day), we asked for his help in taking photos for us. He did with a smile on his face. Rex was also helpful and served very well. The other staff, a lady and the manager were very friendly and helpful too. Thank you very much. Keep up the good work!
