Subject: Online Feedback Form

 

Upon arrival, I was not offered any water after being shown to my seat. My table was also not set. When I called for the trainee, she gestured to me and told me to wait. When she didn't come back, I had to ask another waiter to bring me a glass of water. I asked for a glass of warm water but was given a glass of hot water instead. The trainee then changed the glass of hot water to cold water. I'm disappointed with the low level of attentiveness and the trainee's attitude. Apparently, she was not trained to know what the temperature of warm water should be. Perhaps it should be included as part of her training. I found that in most jacks place outlets I've been to, they tend to serve warm water too hot.
