Subject: Compliments to Raymond at Eatzi (Safra Yishun) Jason/Agnes, Thought I should record my compliments to your establishment for the excellent service at SAFRA Yishun’s Eatzi today. I was with my children at your outlet for lunch and we were served by Raymond. As an elderly service employee, Raymond has indeed proven that age is not a barrier to providing good service. Whilst my children were still fickle with their choice of menu, Raymond was patient each step of the way in accommodating the various requests and questions over the menu. He took time to make recommendations and explain the various set menus. He had indeed made our lunch a very positive one with his splendid service attitude. We could feel his genuine desire for us to have a wonderful lunch experience. The latter part is indeed not an easy attitude to impart into any customer service provider. He is an exemplary employee that you can be very proud of. It is my hope that he will be recognised and valued as an employee at Eatzi and we are also very proud to have Raymond in the Eatzi team at SAFRA Yishun. Regards, Danny |
