Subject: Online Feedback Form for Woodlands Civic Centre My family and I visited Restaurant Hoshigaoka on 15 Apr to celebrate my birthday and returned to visit Jack's Place on 17 Apr to celebrate my son's birthday. The service staff at Restaurant Hoshigaoka was prompt, attentive and calm. The experience at Jack's Place was unpleasant. The staff received us promptly at the entrance but the service staff was busy and slow. They operated in a frenzy manner. We did not understand why as the restaurant was not crowded then. The waiting time for the food to be served was long and the baked potato was cold. And we had to request three times before the dressing for the baked potato to arrive. My children were disappointed as they wanted a happy experience. Joyce |
