My colleagues and I had a very enjoyable dining experience at your Bras Basah outlet this afternoon - made possible by your staff named Juan Jia. The outlet was very crowded and all staff were very busy when we arrived there. Despite this, Juan Jia welcomed us with a sincere and warm smile. Not only did he serve us promptly, knowing that we were in a hurry, but he also patiently and professionally provided us assistance when we repeatedly made mistakes in our order for foods. Although he was very busy, he visited our table (and other tables too)a few times to make sure that all our needs were properly met.

We can certainly be served better by your outlet having more staff like Juan Jia.
