Dear CEO of JP Pepperdine,

” I am writing to express my sincere appreciation to the staff of Eatzi Bedok, for two very pleasant dining experiences over the past 2 weeks. Over the last two Saturdays, I have dined at Eatzi Bedok with my family and on both occasions, I was impressed by the high standard of service and attentiveness that we received. The staff of Eatzi Bedok should be commended for their hospitality, efficiency and impressive attentiveness, exemplified by the Manager Alice. Both times I dined with young children, and I loved how the staffs were patient and very accommodating. We also love the availability of children's cutlery and children menus, and find your restaurants very child-friendly. My son is an active two year old toddler, who loves to roam about, and it heartened me to see the staff saying hello to him and offering him candies. I was very pleased with the service and fantastic steaks the first Saturday I was there, that I was enticed to sign up as a member.

Your staff's professionalism was put to test last night, when I dined at Eatzi Bedok for the second time and dropped my diamond ring, probably while I was handling my toddler. It was late at night when I realised, and as I could not contact Eatzi Bedok, I called your bar Brewbakers, and was attended by the manager Shah, who very kindly helped me contact the manager for Eatzi Bedok, Alice. Their attentiveness helped ensure my ring was found (by the Asst Manager, a Malay lady whose name I did not get, bless her heart) and it was returned to me the next day. My husband and I were very impressed by how helpful and kind your staffs were, even if it was my fault and carelessness which caused the incident. I am very grateful to your staff, especially the Malay lady (please convey my thank you and commend her) for her honesty and professionalism.

Thank you once again for running such a fantastic family dining establishment with high quality food and service. We look forward to enjoying more family meals at Eatzi in the future.”
