“I have submitted my feedback form to the manager but just in case the feedback wasn't taken seriously, I would like to once again register my unhappiness over the service rendered by your Asst Mgr. He was sarcastic and discriminating. He pales in comparison to Senior Waitress Carol who was mindful to serve us continuously warm water since we were seated at the coldest part of the restaurant. I had 2 children aged 6 and 8 with me.

The greatest joke was that Asst Mgr was unhappy when we ordered 3 occasions separately and he became impatient. We actually were contributing to the restaurant's higher turnover in fact!

Will be most happy to furnish more information over phone if required.”
