Subject: pleasant approach & Attentive service by Mr. Rex Customer feedback Team, I would like to appreciate pleasant and attentive service offered by your staff Trainee Manager Mr. Rex, while we were at Tampines restaurant, on twice occasions. He also showed interest in suggesting dishes, explained them well, and introduced me to membership. Even though, we were late for dinner, there was no sign of rush to finish our dinner, and he gave us all the time we need to enjoy our Dinner. We are happy with his services. Best regards, Sunny |
