Subject: Kudos to Jack's Place at United Square We came to Jack's Place at United Square like the usual after fetching my school kid from a tuition centre. It was a cosy lunch where we enjoyed the time we spent in the restaurant. I was so impressed by how the staffs took care of their guests. It's not our first time -I also came here during rough times where all of the staffs would run errands of every table yet excellent service still is readily provided. Jede, who introduce himself as the restaurant manager remembered my son and his favourite US Ribeye. It was so thoughtful of him to pay visit to every guest' table and I truly appreciate his sincerity. His guest relation skills are impressive and the way I see he leads his staff is remarkable. It was through him that I knew of Jack's website and its services. I'm glad he did mention about the Christmas roasts stuff that I can order because it was what I was worrying the past days. I will just be around and I'm sure from now on I'll be one terrific netizen of your Pepperdine website!! M. Toh |
