Subject: Online Feedback Form Usually most of the time, I am there, they are pretty good, only for today. Not much customer, so food came very fast. Recently business had been very good and had to do reservation. One point that needs to improve : (the tall Malay guy) Should serve course by course only when the customer is done eating. Do not rush through the cycle as food will be overcooked (Steak on hotplate) ice-cream (melted), Cafe Mocha ( not hot). Everything will be in a rush. Making it stressful. However, I must compliment Doris, Shabesan & Kumar they are always very prompt and attentiveness to the customers' need especially when there are children. We are given a corner seat and children's utensils which is why I love coming to Jack's Place Bukit Panjang Plaza. They are like family since Day One before I was married till now 2 children of 8 and 2 1/2 years old. Doris especially, the one to take our order everytime we are there, she remembered what we would always order, how it should be done and what drink we like. Great Job! Keep up the good work. Doris, Shabesan & Kumar deserve the credit for good service award. Lim B.L |
