I left my retainers, wrapped in a tissue paper, on the table and left having forgotten all about it. When I went back panicking and requesting if anyone clearing the table had seen it, your staff very kindly searched everywhere for me. I suspect she went through the bins as well, which is not what a lot of service staff would do for their customers. I am extremely heartened by this level of service. I regret I did not take note of her name, as I was in a hurry and was not wearing my contact lenses. Still, I hope my gratitude will be conveyed to her. F. Ho |
