Subject: Comments and feedback of service rendered at Goldhill Square outlet.

My family and I made a visit for dinner to Jack's outlet at Goldhill Square B1 on 27th Nov 2010.  It was indeed a pleasant experience we had at your outlet especially with three of your staff, namely Shanmugan ' JOE " who was ever so helpful in pleasing the customers with every detail of help that he could render as far as the meals were concerned, as his service was fast and prompt without missing anything on the menu. His smile and alertness in seeing the customers needs is very much applauded, consistently asking whether the food was OK ( which actually should be the outlets' Manager duty not the staff ) It's people like ' JOE ' makes Jack's Place a breeze to dine in. The other person that I would mention is ' Daniel ' who came over and explained the membership and the points and the advantages Jack's Place offered for clients. His patience paid off, and my daughter signed up as a member. He was quite amusing, but that made our day. Finally ' Zhangjie ' from PRC another waiter despite his limited English ' yet he made a big impact on us always smiling and serving without " malice "
 
It's people like them we need in this industry, and I am sure that I would recommend my friends to patronise " Jacks " outlet at Goldhill Square in the near future, as we are planning to go back soon with some of our friends. It's a pity that your branch manager did not take the initiative to address it's customers. It's these three gentlemen that made this Branch a fine place to dine.
