Subject: COMPLIMENTS Dear Sir/Madam, My family and I had dinner at Jack's Place at Bras Basah Complex this evening (27 Nov.2010). We would like to show our appreciation for the good friendly service provided by your staff, especially your Manager Ms Amy, Assistant Manager Ms Sheryl (hope I got the spelling right; Sheryl is a Flippino), and one tall Indian server (forgot to get the name). However, we would like to express regret that we are unable to have a choice of dessert (only dessert of the day available)for the 4000points redeemed dinner, unlike previously where we could choose the type of dessert we like. We hope that the benefit as previously allowed be reinstated. After all it is just an additional small reward for patronising customers. Meanwhile, kindly relay our appreciation to the staff mentioned above for their good service. Regards, E. Ng |
