Subject: Very good service at United Square Jacks except the Lamb Chop. Dear Sir, Today, we had another enjoyable dinner at Jacks Place @ United Square. Hospitality of Jake and Team has been very good and ever improving. But today I have decided not to order your Lamb Chop any more. During our previous visit on 13 Nov 2010, I thought your Lamb Chop was no more as tender as the several times I have taken, when you first introduced the source from something called ''Fern Land". Jake remembers I like your Lamb Chop, and suggested it is good today. But my daughter gave her 2nd opinion to confirm that it is ''chewy''. I do not take beef. So there is not much choice left for me, without Lamb Chop. Regards L. S. |
