Subject: MISS AGNES LIM , MR MOHAN DAS AND MR WARREN - PLEASE COMMEND THEM FOR RENDERING EXCELLENT SERVICE TO ME ! Dear General Manager JP Pepperdine Group of Restaurants , I went to Eatzi Gourmet @ Safra Yishun Country Club on 17 November 2010 at 6.30 pm . I made my way to the restaurant and met Miss Agnes Lim ( Restaurant Manager ) , Mr Mohan Das and Mr Warren who were on duty and requested for a good seating location which they were able to assign to me. After placing my order , Mr Mohan Das continued speaking with me to get to know me better . This is not first time that I have patronised this restaurant since I am a SAFRA Club Life Member for the past 20 years and come over to Eatzi Gourmet to dine very often . During my dining experience , Mr Mohan Das came by a few times to see if everything was well and checked with me whether I needed anything else from the menu . I was in the restaurant for 2 hours and Agnes , Mohan and Warren had rendered excellent service to me during my dining expereince. At the end of my visit to the restaurant, I could sense the self-confidence they had in themselves and the pride that they had to serve me during that afternoon . I am resolved to visit the restaurant in the near future knowing that I will receive excellent service from them ! Please commend Miss Agnes Lim , Mr Mohan Das and Mr Warren for rendering excellent service to me during my dining experience on that day ! I would appreciate if you could contact me to share with me what you have in mind to recognise their efforts and contributions at Eatzi Gourmet @ Safra Yishun Country Club .
