Subject: Feedback with my dining experience Hi there, I would like to share with you the fabulous experience I had with Jack's Place century square branch. I am a tourist in Singapore and my chinese friends invited me for a dinner. I was hesistant to eat at Jack's place at first since I haven't tried eating there yet, and now I can say, I have no regrets upon trying to eat there. First, the staff welcomed us very nicely, they greeted us and have us seated. Secondly, I really don't know what food to order since it was my first time to eat at Jack's Place but a friendly and nice manager named Gail (hope the name is correct) assisted me with the menu and recommended me a main course. I trusted her so I ordered what she recommended. Awesome! I liked it and have no regrets of ordering it. One good thing about her was that she checks us from time to time if everything is okay and as I can see that she's very attentive in taking her roles as a manager. I have a lot of experience with restaurants, and most of the managers I have dealt with didn't had an impression from me at all. Lastly, I would congratulate Jack's Place especially this team for giving me a good impression with the dining service. I would love to visit this branch again and recommend this to my friends.
