Subject: Excellent Service From Your West Coast Outlet To Whom It May Concern, My family and I had our lunch at your West Coast outlet on 16 Oct 2010. We were served by your staff Michael Soe and Alice. The services provided by both of them to my family were excellent. There were courteous, friendly and very attentive. Michael was very knowledgeable on the food menu and we enjoyed our meals very much. We had a great time dining at your West Coast restaurant thanks to Michael and Alice.
