Subject: Thank you note Dear Agnes, Good afternoon, Thank you again for your kind attention and services. Doris called me on Saturday to inform me that you’ve arranged for our Sunday lunch at your Bukit Panjang Plaza outlet since Causeway is now under renovation, she had also arranged for the birthday cake to be delivered there. When there yesterday, as usual we were quickly recognized and brought to our seats and knowing we like our privacy Doris has placed us in a little corner like a place of our own. Though we were seated away from the heart of the restaurant your service crew of Hairul and Emmanuel was always at hand and ensuring we have a satisfactory outing and indeed we were not disappointed. My children were quick to add that they felt nice that the service crew are so pleasant and served with warmth. However, we would need to comment that food were not so satisfactory as the steaks were not as succulent as we used to have and I hinted to my children that perhaps it’s the chef’s off day or the chef is on day off. Knowing you, Doris have prepared for the usual birthday “ceremony” and for the cake to be served, but as we all felt we indeed had our fill, we decided not to continue with it…thanks Agnes, Doris, we know your kind intentions. Nevertheless we want to say thank you again for making us at home when at your restaurant, keep up the spirit and the good work and services. You enjoy your work and have a pleasant week.
