Subject: Online Feedback Form I am totally satisfied with the dinning experience last night at Anchor Point Jack's Place. The shop manager, Ms Serene Wong has demonstrated great customer service standards, which I believe the management should recognize her effort and dedication towards the organization. I was there with my friend for a dinner meet up when my migraine acted. Serene was helpful in going through the extra mile in helping me to get medication (panadol) which I wanted. In addition, she has also initiated to change our seats to a not-so cold seating area, where the lighting is brighter. Warm water was served promptly. Serene had time to time, pop by at our seat to check with our needs and my comfort. In the service line, we (customers) need to see more staff who are able to provide great service like Serene does. She was able to clearly demonstrate genuine care and concern, and understand what customers truly needs. I hope to receive a response towards my feedback. Once again, a big thank you to the management and staff of Jack's Place. Regards Keena T. |
