Subject: Jacks Place - Bras Basah Complex Hi, I would like to take this opportunity to compliment your staff from Bras Basah Complex for their excellent service in ensuring a pleasant dining experience. I visited your outlet at Bras Basah Complex on the 17 September 2010, Friday at 1845hrs. I had made prior reservations as I was celebrating my friend's birthday. The service staffs were extremely friendly and their actions made the birthday girl very elated. They were attentive to our needs and had constantly refilled our water as we stayed back to have some catching up sessions after the meal. Not to forget, the food quality was awesome too. All of us enjoyed the food very much. Thank you to the manager Bikash and his team for making my friend's birthday an enjoyable one and I look forward to my next dining experience with Jack's Place.
