Subject: Marina Branch Hi, My wife and I were having lunch at the Marina Outlet on 12 September to use my birthday month voucher. I received a pleasant surprise when Colin presented me with a slice of pastry with a lighted candle which I did not expect. Though we only dined at the Marina outlet from time to time, this nice gesture from Colin is certainly very much appreciated and it goes to show that you folks value your customers. I have been JP customer for over 20 years and I have seen many of your staff over the years posted to different outlets. So whenever I step into one of your restaurants, it is like meeting old friends. By the way, I am going to visit your Safra Yishun branch for lunch later.
