Subject: Eatzi Gourmet - Online Survey – Bakery It will be good if 1) the website allows me to do some comparsion of cakes side-by-side like in terms of prices etc. 2) Allocate an area for comments and reviews from buyers on the cakes. 3) When making orders, please allow the buyers to know the prices immediately after membership discounts, vouchers used etc instead of at the last stage of making the purchase. 4) More add-on features on the birthday cakes with prices stated in details for each add-on. 5) More variety of cakes especially the All-Time favourite category. Overall, I have a very good experience with Eatzi Gourmet Bakery since my very first purchase of cake online. As always, Eatzi Gourmet Bakery goes to great lengths to ensure high standard and consistency in product quality. I really appreciate it. I want to take this opportunity to commend your staff, Christine Chew (Marketing) for her patience and flexibility in resolving some billing issue. Because of christine, I now like Eatzi Gourmet even better. Toh |
