Subject: Thanks Mr Venod Kumar! Dear Sir/Mdm, Please convey these compliments to your staff Mr Venod Kumar Assistant Manager of Bukit Pangjang Branch for his excellent service. I am pleased that Mr Venod Kumar was polite, humble and responsive to our dinning experience on 15th Aug 10. I was entertaining guests from Hong Kong that evening and being so entertaining and humorous, Mr Venod Kumar left the guests with very good impression. He was also able to converse in mandarin which was a suprise to many of us. It was truly a commendable service from Mr Venod Kumar and I know these things do not happen without a great deal of effort on the part of your company to emphasis on regular staff training sessions.
