Subject: Compliment to Mr Colin, Outlet Manager of Marina Square Jack'sPlace Restaurant I'd like to applaud the staffs of Marina Square Jack's Place Restaurant, led by Mr. Colin, for the great dining experiences that my guests and I had on numerous occasions (our latest dining was on 31/07/2010 @ 8 pm, Bill No.: 047772). My guests and I are very particular with great service, food quality and dining experience with the local restaurants. I would say we would not fail to tell about bad dining experience with Restaurants and to compliment the great ones. From our recent dining at the Marina Square outlet, we agreed to grade the staffs as follows: "Good" for Greeting & Friendliness (they would earn an Excellent by remembering names), "Excellent" for Attentiveness, "Excellent" for Menu Knowledge, "Excellent" for Promptness/Waiting Time, "Excellent" for Staff Grooming, The food quality had been consistent and we love the presentation, variety and quality of those we had over there. It is certainly value for money for us. The Manager had led the team very well (from our observations) and he had consistently checked on us to see that we had been taken good care of during our frequent dining there. We would continue to visit the Marina Square outlet, as we work near, and to get our guests to dine there as well as we are confident with getting great dining experience.
