Subject: Online Feedback Form My family and i book a table over the phone one day before father's day for a table to be reserve on that day itself and everything was confirm with me. On the day itself, my family and i turn up 15 to 20 min later upon booking. I was asked to hold on for a while by one of the staff which i believe is the "door bitch" (a small size Chinese girl). Despite the busy night as usual, she put on her smiling face and ensure that there is a queuing system. By acknowledge the present customers by dropping down the name and contact number and also taken note of the reservation coming in and the time that the name was noted. The whole restaurant was busy and all the staffs are busy serving and entertaining the customers need yet she is still able to serve in a way that you can sense that she really serve you from the heart with her smile. Not forgetting a few young men who help me with the desserts and clearing the membership doubt. My family and i really had a wonderful dinner and perfect father's day celebration with the Jurong outlet. Thanks to her and her staffs who assisted us throughout the dinner. It is really hard to have teenagers who are willingly to work so hard and with great service. Definitely i will return to that outlet to have my meals once again. Great service, good job. D. Tan |
