Subject: Online Feedback Form RE : Excellent Service I am writing this letter in recognition and acknowledgment to a senior waiter whom I only met today named Danial, while having my lunch with my family members at JP-SAFRA Juroug Club. Danial took order for my family with outstanding manner full of enthusiasm and pride. It’s not often people find the time to write about positive experiences in the service industry and these positive experiences can only be created by extraordinary commitment of other people who strive towards excellence. Danial is one of these people who I highly commend and applaud in his ability to not only meet customer’s expectation but EXCEEDS them. In his doing so, I find the time and words that are required to have his intangible talent noticed and documented to his superiors. I want to thank Danial for his outstanding service provided to me and my family members today. Not only did he help me with the ordering but he kept coming back to our table to check whether we need anything else. Danial is truly an asset to Jack's Place and I feel your representation by him is second to none. I believe that developing quality relationships with industry personnel is the responsibility of each individual employee and Danial’s contribution is an excellent case in point. At this point I would also like to mention that the food was fantastic, it was served hot and delicious.
