Subject: Compliments Dear Sirs, We are a group of regular patrons of your Jack's Place restaurants especially the one at Bras Basah Complex. We would like to compliment the staff of your Jack's Place restaurant at Bras Basah Complex as follows: (a) The staff at this restaurant are always very friendly and prompt in their service provision even when they are extremely busy because of the presence of many patrons; (b) The staff, having good menu or product knowledge, are always attentive to and patient with patrons; (c) It is very obvious that the staff always do their best to provide patrons a good dining experience; and (d) From our observation, it appears that the provision of excellent customer service by the staff has been the result of the good leadership of Mr. Felix Song and Ms Shirley Poh (hope we have got their names correctly) who are hands-on, helpful and very hardworking besides always having a warm smile on their faces.
