Subject: Online Feedback Form Its my first visit there. And i did not know what to order. And i asked one of the server(wait staff 01) what is jack's place known for, who is "jack"? And the server recommend me to try the jack's special steak because the sauce on it isn't spicy, as i cant stand spicy. And i asked for medium for my steak. But when the food being served it is medium rare! And i told the same server that i ordered medium not medium rare. And he told me that "i do key in medium, maybe the kitchen cook it not right" and i told him its okay i can still take medium rare. And he told me that he can cook the steak to medium. And it only took me around 4-5 minutes. And I’m very pleased to see my steak turn medium. And i asked about him, he told me that he's only a part timer in JP Heeren. Although he's only a part timer. He still makes my day. S. |
