Subject: My compliments to Jede and Erik from Jack Place at United Square Hi, I would like to compliment your staff - Jede and Erik from Jack's Place at United Square. They were very attentive and thoughtful. I went there for lunch with 2 friends on 19 May 2010. 2 of us ordered the sirloin steak medium well which we found were a little too rare for us, when served. Jede and Erik were very attentive (despite a large lunch crowd) and noticed that we were having some difficulties and offered to re-cook the beef. Many thanks to them to make our meal at Jack Place an enjoyable one. Jack Place has all along been one of my favorite restaurants. I will definitely go back again and recommend my friends to go there as I was very impressed with the service rendered at Jack Place. Your staffs are very sincere and they really serve from their heart which is rare in the service industry. Regards P.J |
