Subject: Compliments Hi, I was at Jack's Place Bras Basah Complex for lunch today. I had a wonderful experience enjoying excellent service from cheerful, attentive Snr Waiter Daniel. He has a way of delighting the customers. I usually do not have lunch at Jack's Place; it so happened today i decided to go over to the Bras Basah outlet; sure glad I made the last-minute choice. Looks like I’ll go back to visit Jack's Place and Daniel more often. Understand from Daniel that he had attended various upgrading courses. Keep up the good work! Regards... K.H |
