Subject: Ms Margaret Sim Hi My husband and I went to Jack's Place Restaurant, Great World City for dinner on 29 April 2010. We were very impressed by the friendly and warm service that was rendered to us by Ms Sim. She made us feel comfortable and took time to explain the menu and the current promotions. She also suggested some items that we should try. Her professionalism and patient service exemplified the value of senior workers in the sevice industry.
