Subject: Commendations Sir, I have been a satisfied customer of Jack's Place for many years. The outlet that I've been patronising most of the time is at Bukit Panjang. Recently I was at Bugis Junction and found that the food there was good and tasty. Best of all I recognised the manager there. She had been working at Bukit Panjang many years back. To my delight, she recognised me too & could even remember the members of my family. She is just as bubbly and friendly making me feel very welcome there. Her name is Agnes Lim. Sir, I’m sure you are proud to have a staff who is so good at remembering faces and what we customers like. Thank you for your attention Mrs S. Tan |
