Subject: Compliment of your Staff Hi, My family and I are regular customers of Jack's Place. We would like to compliment one of your service staff, Gail, the Assistant Manager at Century Square outlet. Last Friday, 2 April 2010, we went down for lunch around 12 noon and had a wonderful time. All the staff are polite and friendly especially Gail who served us attentively with a happy smile throughout the time. She is professional and the orders were very prompt. As such, we have seen a remarkable improvement in the service in terms of speed and accuracy. Gail deserves to be a role model to all the staff and I hope they will keep up the good work.
