Subject: Online Feedback FormDear Sir/Mdm, Letter of Compliment to Jack’s Place - Compass Point Branch I’m writing in to compliment on the excellent service rendered by the Wait Staffs, Assistant Managers and Outlet Manager in Compass Point outlet. In every visit, Outlet manager - Ms Jane and her team would extend their warm welcome and oblige to our requests, making us feel at home. I would also like to take this opportunity to give compliment especially to Assistant Manager - Mr Kevin Yeo, for his friendly approach and his attentiveness to our dining needs whenever we patronized the outlet. He is constantly wearing a smile even though the restaurant is jam-packed with diners especially during the weekends. In addition, he is polite and courteous towards our feedback on the quality of food. A big thank you to all staff in this outlet, may they continue to provide such good service that could make all diners have a great and wonderful dining experience. Keep up the good work!
