Subject: COMPLIMENTS TO A STAFF MEMBER Good afternoon I just wanted to write to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Julie who took care of us when I had dinner with some friends recently at Causeway Point Jack's Place. Her friendliness, warmth and excellent service made it a wonderful evening for us. Please convey my thanks to the staff especially Julie for a memorable dining experience.
