Subject: Compliments for the service team Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to extend my thanks to the waiters at the Seafood Harvest (Bugis) for such a pleasant evening. The kind gentleman in charge of our table was very attentive and a joy to talk to. He provided us with excellent service which I found personally to be value added and very enjoyable. Unfortunately I was unable to catch his name and his other colleague. The gentleman was a Chinese who seem to be senior to the other waiters. Rest of the waiters are fairly young. Another waiter (he was recently transferred from jack's place? an Indian chap with a few pins on his tie) was concerned for my friend as he ate the lobster. Hence this gentleman was standing near our table making sure everything was Okayed. Both gentlemen were friendly and attentive. My friends and I had a wonderful chat with them and it made our evening filled with laughter. I was unable to grab their names as one was busy and the other had left for the evening. I am very impressed by the service that was given to us and would like to further extend my compliments to the waiters and the restaurant. Do help me thank them once again for a pleasant evening today. And hope that the service team would learn more from them and maintain the positive attitude that they have displayed.
