Subject: Lunch at Seafood Harvest Bugis Junction Hi, I would just like to compliment and commend your staff on their service, food quality and efficiency when I and my mum dined there today. It was a much improved and enjoyable lunch from the last one I had where I did submit my feedback to your GM. Your staffs at Seafood Harvest were attentive to our needs. First, the table was a little shaky but when the waitress from afar saw us shaking the table, she came immediately and adjusted the height. We did not even ask her to do it. And compared to the last time I dined there, this time, the food did not have any foreign object in it. That was a great improvement on your part. The staff was also very courteous and came to ask how our food was and when we left; there was practically a whole row of staff just lined up thanking us as we walked past them on our way out. I commend you on your operations and staff management. I will definitely dine there again as I find it pleasant and good value for money. Thank you & regards Annette Tan |
