Subject: JACKPLACE SAFRA Dear Sir /Mdm The jack's place at safra ( staff) is simply excellent , I remember my first visit was on a Saturday evening, it was so crowded that I waited for half an hour, but this particular staff Daniel was so polite, he keep coming back to make sure that we have chair to sit on while waiting , apologize for the overcrowded restaurant , after we got a seat , he make sure everything is fine food, beverage and so on subsequently I went two weeks later, he even remember that I was there before and was so attentive , I must say the food , beverage ,ambience is so fabulous but the service provide is even better , the staff make sure to to refill ice water, ,provide sour cream, beacon for the steak dessert were serve and so on Keep up the good work Cheers Mrs. P W |
